The Practice Yoga is now open in the Shops at Western Plaza shopping center in beautiful Knoxville, Tenn. Our studio is eager to provide a convenient location to the Knoxville community, while subsequently promoting an improved quality of life, health and happiness through the adoption of the discipline of yoga.

Our studio opened August 1, 2011 and offers a variety of styles of yoga classes such as Vinyasa, Hot Power, Power Vinyasa Flow, and Body Sculpting Yoga. The Practice Yoga has one practice space that is large enough to host 30 comfortably. In addition to the practice space, our studio also carries upscale yoga apparel and accessories.

Each yoga class offered at The Practice Yoga is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. We encourage students of all levels to attend and our instructors will help you find your balance. All classes are either 60 or 75 minutes.
